InLeit Ingredients S.L.U. will process candidates’ data for the purpose of managing recruitment processes for job positions.
- Legal basis: the legal basis for the processing is the data subject’s consent and the application of pre-contractual measures.
- Retention period: the data provided will be kept for a period of 1 year. Once this period has elapsed, or if you request deletion or withdraw the consent granted to participate in this process, your personal data will be deleted.
- Recipients: your data may be disclosed to companies belonging to the Group pursuant to Recital 48 of the GDPR (Lácteos Industriales Agrupados, S.A., Ski Comercial I, S.A.U. and Ski Catalunya, S.L.). 1.5 Video Surveillance
InLeit Ingredients S.L.U. will process your data for the purpose of ensuring the security of people, property and facilities, as well as controlling access and preventing unlawful acts through video surveillance systems.
- Legal basis: the legal basis for the processing of personal data is the legitimate interest of the data controller in ensuring the security of the facilities and of the persons accessing them, in accordance with Article 6.1.f of Regulation (EU) 2016/679.
- Retention period: images will be kept for a maximum period of one month from the date they are recorded, unless they must be kept for longer in order to provide evidence of acts affecting the integrity of persons, property or facilities, or to make them available to the competent authorities.
- Recipients: where appropriate, images may be disclosed to the Security Forces and Corps and/or the competent courts exclusively where necessary for the investigation of facts that may constitute an offence.

1.6 Sending Commercial Communications
