Legal Basis for Processing

· The processing of body temperature data is based on the legal interest to comply with workplace health and safety regulations.
Recipients
Personal data will only be shared with third parties in cases of legal provision and to carry out processing for the purposes described.
Data related to images captured by the video surveillance system may be communicated to law enforcement agencies, as well as courts and tribunals. In any case, unless blocked, they will not be retained for a period exceeding 30 days.
Temperature control data may be communicated to health authorities in cases provided for by law. These data will only be retained as long as they serve the purpose for which they were collected.
