Our headquarters in Curtis, A Coruña, houses a state-of-the-art facility spanning over 30,000 square meters, where we process fresh milk sourced from local farms. Through advanced filtration processes, we transform this milk into high-value native proteins with exceptional nutritional properties.

Our Production
Process
We focus on preserving the natural character of proteins at every stage of our process. This allows us to guarantee the purity and functionality of our ingredients.
We work closely with selected farms in Galicia, which supply us with the freshest milk every day. Thanks to this excellent raw material and our meticulous manufacturing process, we are able to maintain the natural properties of the milk, producing proteins of exceptional quality.
Milk Reception
Our process begins with the reception of the highest quality milk, which undergoes a natural filtration process.
Pasteurization
The pasteurization process is carried out with minimal impact on the natural flavor and nutritional content of the milk.
Soft process
Our "soft" processing method preserves the natural character of the protein to the fullest, resulting in a completely natural and highly functional product, with all its essence intact.
Unique Sealed Process
Inspired by the technology used in finished dairy product lines, our process includes zoning, automatic sampling, and real-time monitoring. This method ensures the highest quality and health standards required by the market.

At InLeit, we prioritize food safety. We utilize cutting-edge spray dryers that enable us to produce high-quality, customized proteins while preventing cross-contamination.

Efficient Design
Efficient Design Our factory is designed with a linear flow, optimizing efficiency. All product storage tanks are pressurized with sterile air to prevent microbial growth and are carefully monitored.
Strict Access Controls
We have two CIP (Clean-In-Place) cleaning stations, one dedicated to raw products and the other to pasteurized products. Our air and water control plans ensure the highest hygiene standards. Access areas are rigorously checked and controlled, with restricted entry to the production zone. Visitors are housed in an isolated room, eliminating the risk of contamination from foreign bodies or microorganisms. All facilities are monitored via closed-circuit television.
Microbiological Controls
Microbiological controls are implemented at every stage of the process, including physical-chemical tests and rapid receiving tests (bacsomatic) for microbial detection. Our in-house laboratory is equipped to monitor DNA pathogens such as Salmonella, Listeria, and C. sakazakii. A designated room allows access to the interior of the tanks for sampling.
Automated Process
Our process is fully automated, ensuring precision and consistency. We do not use direct steam injection into the product, preserving its integrity. Organic membrane processes are employed in cold conditions to maintain the quality of our ingredients. We provide flexible packaging solutions, including big bags and pouches.

At InLeit, we take pride in our commitment to environmental care and sustainability. We constantly work to improve our practices and reduce our environmental impact, promoting sustainability in all our operations.
These efforts not only make us a more responsible company but also contribute to building a more sustainable future for the next generations.
In December 2022, we were awarded the ISO14001 certificate with the number GA-2022/0278. This certification is evidence of our strong commitment to environmental protection and demonstrates that our management system complies with the ISO 14001:2015 standards.
Throughout 2023, we expanded the scope of this certification to include new activities, such as the packaging of cream in 1L containers, further strengthening our commitment to the environment.
In the second half of 2023, we completed the installation of a photovoltaic energy system, which now generates 5% of our total energy. This step toward renewable energy sources is crucial in our strategy to reduce our carbon footprint and demonstrates our commitment to long-term sustainability.
In our cream plant, we have achieved a 10% reduction in CIP products and decreased dairy waste from 1.95% to 1.85%. These efforts not only benefit the environment but also enhance our operational efficiency and help reduce costs.
We conduct a thorough study of our environmental behavior, focusing on several key areas:

· Packaging: We implement strategies to minimize packaging materials, including adapting to new regulations and exploring more sustainable packaging alternatives.
· Waste Management: While initial activities may increase waste generation, we work on proper segregation and collaborate with authorized waste managers to repurpose and add value to waste materials.
· Environmental Awareness: All our employees receive continuous training on environmental awareness, ensuring their commitment to our sustainability initiatives.
